CAN I ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

Yes, we accept orders over the phone. Please contact us for placing your order(s).

 

CAN I ORDER GIFTCARDS ?

Yes you can order gift cards on our website, in store or over the phone.

 

HOW DO I FIND A SPECIFIC PRODUCT ON YOUR SITE?

Enter a keyword or product code in the search facility available at the top of each page. Alternatively you can browse to the product you have in mind by clicking on the appropriate category link at the top of each page.

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

You can track your order by going to ‘My Account’ 

 

If you choose Next Day Home delivery and placed your order before 2pm, your order should arrive the following working day between 9am and 6pm. You will be advised via a text message or e-mail should there be a delay.

For some products you may also receive a tracking email from our delivery company.

We currently deliver to the following countries; UK, Europe, USA & Asia.

 

MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED

If your delivery date has passed and you have not received your order;  please contact us and the Customer Services Team can look into this for you.

 

CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY DETAILS

If you would like to amend details on your order please contact us.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER I'VE ORDERED?

Of course! Just contact us and we'll update your details. You can do this at any time up until 24 hours before we despatch your item(s). If your items have already been despatched, changing your delivery address isn't usually possible, and you may be charged for arranging re-delivery.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE CARRIERS LOSE MY PARCEL?

This rarely happens, however if you have not received your order, please contact customer services and we'll be able to investigate further for you.

 

I'VE RECEIVED A FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEM

If your product has arrived damaged, please take photograph of the damaged parcel and make a note on the delivery note when signing for the parcel so that we can take it up with the courier company for items damaged in transit.

 

THE COLOUR DOESN’T MATCH AS I THOUGHT IT WOULD – CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT?

Just contact us within 14 working days of receiving your goods, include your order details along with the reason for return so that our customer advisors can arrange a collection for you. Due to the nature of the business and fulfillment costs, we do charge a collection fee on all unwanted returns. You can see the details in our terms and conditions
